  • PRODUCT INFO

    Handwash recommended. Place the item into warm water, and add liquid soap (essential oil optional). Soak through the fibres & gently squeeze excess water out. Do not twist - this may disturb fibres and reduce the condition. Warm iron. 

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    I do not offer refunds due to customs – customs charges are not my responsibility  (if you refuse to pay customs charge, I will not be responsible for refunding your items).

    Cancellations: contact me within 12 hours of purchase/before shipping

    Returns: contact me within 7 days of delivery, ship items back to me within 14 days of delivery

    Shipping will not be refunded

    The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any import tax or customs that may be incurred. If the item isn't returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    A £15 processing fee is charged for ALL cancellations and returns
