Where are you located?

Do you ship worldwide?
I am currently able to ship to most countries. If you are unsure whether I ship to your country, please send me a message and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! You can find a link to my'request a custom' form on my homepage or at the top where it says 'contact me'. Complete the request form, and I will be in contact within 2-5 business days. There is more information regarding this on the request a custom page. You can also contact me through my social media pages; you can find these links at the bottom of the screen.
Do you accept payment plans?

What materials do you use in your jewellery/clothing?
All of the gemstones, fossils, and antlers used in my work are completely natural and authentic. For my jewellery, I use a combination of 0.5mm and 1mm Linhasita waxed macrame cord. I also use brass charms, wooden beads, and a variety of other jewellery findings, including silver or brass beads, which might contain nickel. For my crocheted clothing and accessories, I use a wide range of yarns, including acrylic, cotton, wool, and various other wool blends. Each crochet product description will include full details of the materials used.
Are all pieces made by you personally?
Yes! I take great joy in saying that each piece is created by me personally.
Can I wear my jewellery in water (e.g. shower/swim)?
Although it won't damage your jewellery to wear it in water, try not to expose your jewellery to water or moisture too often, as the beads will be more likely to tarnish, and the thread will lose its wax and be more likely to wear down. Take off your jewellery when showering and when phsyically active to avoid the risk of injury and damage to your jewellery.
How do I care for my crocheted clothing?
Please only hand wash using cool water and a mild detergent, avoiding harsh scrubbing, twisting, or wringing. Rinse thoroughly and gently squeeze out excess water, then allow to air dry. Avoid hanging to prevent stretching.
What’s your return and refund policy?
I do not offer refunds due to customs – customs charges are not my responsibility (if you refuse to pay customs charge, I will not be responsible for refunding your items).
Cancellations: contact me within 12 hours of purchase/before shipping
Returns: contact me within 7 days of delivery, ship items back to me within 14 days of delivery
Shipping will not be refunded
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any import tax or customs that may be incurred. If the item isn't returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
A £15 processing fee is charged for ALL cancellations and returns
